When your dad is one of the best Mustang trainers, the apple cannot fall far from the tree. Such is the case with Dillon too, whose dad Nate, really is one of the best out there.
Dillon decided to compete in the Mustang Open in August in Oklahoma with his dad's Mustang, Mercedes. I got to photograph Mercedes and Nate last year in Texas and Mercedes really is the most incredible soul. What a special horse <3
This time I got to photograph Dillon with Mercedes for a mini session during the event. At the end of the event, Dillon actually ended up buying his first own Mustang in the Extreme Mustang Makeover Auction and I don't think I've seen a kid this happy before.
