Meet Cactus Flower, Flo for short. Out of holding for 60 days and in training for the August Extreme Mustang Makeover in Oklahoma with Jeff Cook at Dream Horse AZ.
I witnessed her tag being taken off and the first touches. This week I got to take these portraits of her. The transformation is incredible. Jeff is doing such a fantastic job with her and no doubt she is going to make someone the best forever horse.
I’m mesmerised by her eyes, have been since the first time I saw her. She has the most beautiful gaze, truly a reflection of the soul.
