There’s something magical about the holidays, crisp desert mornings, golden light and the warm, familiar scent of horses in the air. Each year, I offer very limited Christmas Sessions for horses and their humans, designed to capture the joy, beauty and connection of the season in a timeless way.
Whether your horse is decked out in a classic wreath or wearing a Santa hat, these portraits are a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays and create keepsakes that last a lifetime.
What Are Christmas Sessions?
My Christmas Sessions are short, festive portrait sessions. Think:
- Black background portraits for an elegant, fine art look (dependent on your location, a barn aisle is needed)
- Outdoor golden hour portraits with a subtle seasonal touch
- Your horse(s), your dog(s), your kids or the whole family
These images make for stunning Christmas cards, gifts or framed prints.
What’s Included?
Each session includes:
- A 15–20 minute session for one horse (and optional human or dog)
- Use of a festive Christmas wreath and/or Santa hat
- A curated online gallery to download your images
Sessions are held in Tucson and surrounding areas including Marana, Vail and Oro Valley. I also offer a limited number of on-location sessions for barns with multiple horses, perfect for trainers, boarding facilities or friend groups. Multiple horses at the same location receive a 20% discount.
